Author biography

As a youngling, Ignatius P. Mizzaz was immensely curious about the universe, life, and all of existence. Since the age of ten, his love of reading pushed him towards writing, whether it be short stories or half-finished novels. As he got older, his curiosity about human nature and his love of science got the best of him and pushed him into academia. As a result he obtained a BS in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University with a minor in Psychology. While studying there, he changed majors many times; as a result he has also studied Chemistry, Engineering, Calculus, and Physics. As he got older, he found himself being drawn to Philosophy, mainly Taoism and Stoicism. Practicing these philosophies has led him back to where he was at ten years old. Now, with a renewed passion for writing, he's taking what he wished he knew at ten years old and using children's books to introduce these topics to like-minded younglings.
