Karoline Ettinger

Author biography

Karoline grew up in Southern Arkansas but currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, three daughters, and girl yorkie, where the forests have become her muse. Karoline is a writer, yogi, and speech-language pathologist, specializing in brain injury rehabilitation. Currently, she remains home with her children, homeschooling and broadening their imaginations with play and nature, while they in turn spark her creativity. She wrote this story for them in hopes that when they hit those difficult teenage years, they could lean on these kind friendships, rediscover the beauty in life and living, and believe in the power of their magical hearts. Karoline is passionate about providing our youth with stories of light, love, and hope, touching young hearts through the power of words.
