Muerte Collection

John W. Wood’s three-book Muerte series follows Marine operative Ricardo Garcia, known as Rico and by the handle Muerte. In Muerte - Death, It’s What I Do, an assignment to penetrate a Mexican cartel becomes complicated by a connection to his past. Muerte Resurrected brings Rico back to lead a specialist team facing a terrorist threat involving a portable bomb. In It’s War You Want? I Accept, a cartel leader seeks revenge and draws him toward a confrontation in the dangerous terrain of the Darién Gap. The collection combines covert operations, personal enemies, and missions in which the consequences extend beyond a single target.
