Author biography
Matthew Bala was born and raised in Arizona to a Romanian family. He is currently a college student at Arizona State University, pursuing his degree in neuroscience. He also dedicates himself to adaptive-intervention research and volunteering with the National Organization for Rare Disorders aiming to improve rural, elderly healthcare across the state of Arizona.
Outside of his writing passions, he often spends his time exercising and training for natural bodybuilding competitions. He loves everything about the Old West: the good, the bad, and the ugly. If he’s not rewatching some Spaghetti Westerns, he's likely playing some classical piano for his dog.
If you’re interested in reading more from him, his short fiction pieces are featured or upcoming in Corporeal, Fictional Café, Bardics Anonymous, Die Leere Mitte, Black Stone / White Stone, and JMWW.
