Monique DeVere, a native of Barbados, grew up on a picturesque plantation, immersed in nature—her childhood playground that fueled her vibrant imagination. Relocating to the UK as a teenager, she encountered a new adventure—falling in love at first sight with her husband, a man of few words but profound strength. They now share four children and five grandchildren, alongside their cherished Yorkie.

A creator of sweet 'n' spicy romances, Monique also ventures into screenwriting. When not crafting her next novel or script, she revels in time spent with her family, invents new recipes, and indulges in her passions for reading, walking, and gardening.
